If you’re like most of my customers, you probably want to get the most for your money – especially with big purchases like a new boiler – which is why a long guarantee is particularly important.

Having sold many different brands and models of boiler over the years, this is easily one of the best guarantees on the market right now – and I’m going to tell you three reasons why in this blog post.

It also means you or your installer can choose controls that are as simple or sophisticated as you wish. Plus, you can fit any central heating filter of your choice – this is a good thing as some filters come with dual action and give a better performance than others.

3. Dedicated engineers

Baxi has its own team of dedicated engineers who have vans fully stocked with genuine Baxi parts, so not only can you guarantee your boiler is in good hands if anything goes wrong – there’s also a very high fix rate for first-time call-outs.

They also have their own dedicated call centre to handle any customer service queries you might have – although I’ve personally never fitted a Baxi boiler that’s failed to-date.

When it comes to settling on a new boiler, remember that there are many brands out there with confusing guarantees and small print. I’d always recommend doing your research and making sure a guarantee is as good as it says before buying.
